Product Description

FRYMA KORUMA model FRYMIX VME 120C process vessel for the manufacture of creams, lotions etc generally within the Healthcare and Personal Care product industries.  The machine was supplied in 1999 and is in exceptional condition.  Its intended use was cosmetic products, lipstick mass etc.  The mixing bowl is 690mm dia x 680mm deep, gross capacity 226 litres.  The mixing principles of the machine are mixing of liquid and pasty products up to 20,000 mPas approx, homogenising and agglomerates, emulsions, de-agglomeration, refining and deaeration.  The stainless steel jacket can be used for heating or cooling of product.  The vessel suggested working volume is 120litres.  All product contact surfaces are made from 316L stainless steel.  Max operating temperature is 150°C, vessel ratings are full vacuum and the jacket is 4bar w.p. rated.  The three mixing elements are scrape surface, normal and counter clockwise 3kw drive.  Rotational speed is 27rpm.  The homogeniser (colloid mill) is driven by a 22kw 415v motor.  The built in hydraulic system raises and lowers the vessel top and the drive gear.  Full stainless enclosure contains all stainless devices such as temperature module, liquid ring vacuum pump, seal flushing sytem, clean in place system, colloid mill seal cooling and flushing system etc.  The machine can be set to manual control or fully automatic mode.  CE marked.  Full control panel.  Two machine manuals on file.
